7 Jan Organized Team Conditioning Begins. Three Days Per Week (All Players Expected In Attendance Unless Participating with In-Season Sport). Activity will be Monday and Wed, and Thurs immediately after school. In the spring we will add Tuesdays to make a four day lift cycle.
28 Feb 4 day lift cycle begins. We will train on M, T, W and Th. For Spring sport athletes (who play football), we will open the weight room up on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 0800-0900. This will begin on 5 March.
